IRS Hiring Private Firms For Debt Collection

The Internal Revenue Service is changing up it’s long held procedures of doing it’s own collecting of unpaid taxes, now hiring four private firms to take over the duty for Uncle Sam. While they are optimistic of the new procedures, IRS officials are warning the public to be on the lookout for fraud.
