It is the policy of the State of Florida that all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal inspection and copying. Providing access to public records is a duty of each agency. Fla.Stat. 119.01. The internet now makes it possible to view many public records online.

FLORIDA STATUTES AND RULES OF PROCEDURE.

Florida Statutes are the state laws of Florida. The statues are organized by subject area, and then further divided into chapters and sections. The Rules of Procedure govern how a case may proceed in court. Each major area of law has its own set of rules as promulgated by the Florida Supreme Court. We have provided links to the Florida Statutes, and to the Rules of Procedure which most commonly govern the type of cases litigated by Gary W. Pollack, P.A.
