Brett Pollack attended Emory University's Gouizueta School of Business where he majored in Management and Finance. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Brett then attended Florida International University's College of Law in Miami and graduated in 2007 with the distinction of Cum Laude Honors and at the top of his class.
Brett Pollack is a member of the Florida Bar and Federal Bar for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, Brett has passed the New York State Bar Exam. Brett has worked with Gary W. Pollack, his father, since 2004. Brett has argued before Circuit and County Courts in Miami-Dade County, as well as Federal Courts in Miami-Dade and Broward County. He has drafted several appellate briefs filed in Third District Court of Appeals for Gary W. Pollack, P.A. Brett Pollack is known for his tireless efforts and his zealous representation of clients.
